Bill Dieckmann, Chairman

Bill is Director of Missions for the Columbia Metro Baptist Association, the President of the Palmetto Crisis Intervention Team and author of “The Next Step a Coaching Conversation. Professionally, he is an executive and life coach. His mission involvement includes trips to China, Brazil, Mali and disaster relief work with the SBC.


Bob Berry

Professionally Bob serves as a Managing Director of Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC.He also holds a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM certification.

Bob’s passion for financial knowledge has given him the opportunity to help others by leading financial education classes at six churches in the Columbia metro area. In addition to helping those in his local community, Bob volunteers with Crossover Communications where he serves on the foundation board.

Away from the office, Bob spends his free time with his wife, Vicky, an interior designer, and their three grown daughters, Ashley, Meredith, and Tracy. Bob and Vicky also enjoy being with their grandsons, Ford & Grant, and staying active, whether it’s boating on the lake, swimming, or traveling. Avid South Carolina Gamecock fans, Bob and Vicky live in Lexington and are active members of Radius Church.


Cora “Cookie” Adams

Cookie is a retired educator from Kingstree, South Carolina. She and her husband are active members of Kilbourne Baptist Church and is chairman of the Missions Ministries Committee. Cookie has participated in several mission trips with her church and is excited to serve of the board in anticipation of how God will work through this new venture to assist churches in fulfilling the Great Commission.



Henry Holland

Henry is retired from the SCANA Corporation and is currently a trustee on the International Mission Board responsible for Sub-Saharan Africa. He has let and participated in multiple mission trips throughout North America, South America and Africa.


Jay Floyd

Jay is a graduate of The Citadel. He stays active as a licensed Professional Engineer, Commercial Building Inspector, and Real Estate Agent. In addition to his multiple licenses, he is a fitness and nutrition coach and father of four. He has made 5 mission trips to Western Africa and is an active member in his church, Beulah Baptist.

Joe Dillon

Joe has served as a church planter with the International Mission Board and as a senior pastor here in the United States. Joe’s passion is for the local church to be involved in fulfilling her role in carrying out the Great Commission by making disciples that carry the gospel to all the peoples of the world. He currently serves as a Church Strategist with the International Mission Board, helping churches develop strategic and effective methods of networking with missionaries and engaging unreached people groups around the world resulting in Biblical churches.

Pam Horton

Pam’s life verse is John 10:10 – “The thief comes only to steal and kil and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” She is an active member at New Heights Church in Columbia, South Carolina and a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association.
